K: Senator, I've been out of town so much since you introduced your
resolution in my support a few weeks ago, that I never had a chance to thank
you.
A: You didn't have to do that.
K: Well, I wanted you to know that it was very much appreciated and it meant
a great deal.
A: I was glad to do it. I felt that since SO many of our agreements stood to fail
on their trust and XXXXX confidence in you that the United States Senate should
not have less confidence, so that was the theory on which I did it. I feel like
it came at a pretty good time.
K: It came at a very good time and it was -- it XXXXXXMEEN a great deal to
me and I wanted you to know that.
A: Well, I was just delighted to do it and I feel like I have performed a service
that you certainly were entitled to and you've done an outstanding job and I was
certainly glad to lend my support to this statement.
K: Again, I want you to know how much I appreciated it.
A: Well, you're certainly welcome.
K: Hope to meet you.
A: I was delighted to do it.
K: Bye.
