agreement there will be total withdrawal from South Vietnam of troops,
military advisers and military personnel, including technical military
personnel and military personnel associated with the pacification
program, armaments, munitions and war materiel of the United States
and those of the other foreign countries allied with the United States
and with the Republic of Vietnam. Advisers from the above=mentioned
countries to all paramilitary organizations and police force will also
be withdrawn within the same period. Now, the North Vietnamese
insist that this include all US civilian advisers as well -- that is
civilian advisers which would be with the military.

is no big trouble with the other provisions.
