V: I have a cable from Gogmyko and he asks to me to briefly talk to you
on the phone.
K: I have to go to the Senate.
V: It is about the environmental business--not to use it for military purposes.
Gromyko suggesti as fa follow-up of the summit. He suggests that we
put into the agenda of the coming General Assembly an item called
Prohibition on Effective Environmental
for Military and Other Purposes.
That it would be inconsistent with international security and peoples
welfare and health. Gromyko suggests we do it together as a joint initiative.
What do you think about that?

K:7 I think about it an let you know next week.
V: O.K. But the only thing is Gromyko says according to GA rules we have
to do it in the first days of August.
K: I have to consider it and I will let you know Monday or Tuesday.
V: That's fair enough. Thank you.
