APPOINTMENT WITH
CONGRESSMAN JAMES B. UTT, CALIFORNIA
THE WHITE HOUSE
MONDAY, APRIL 28, 1969
The President:
At 4:40 p. m. Congressman James B. Utt of California
will be escorted to your office.
The Congressman will present you with two plaques.
One is "the Chain of Title from the King of Spain of your birthplace
in Yorba Linda. 11 It is a gift of the Security Title Insurance
Company of California. The other is an award to you as the "Man
of the Year" from the Orange County, California Press Club.
NOTE:
A White House photographer will be present
to take pictures of the presentation.
At the conclusion of the presentation, Congressman Utt
will be escorted from your office.
It is estimated that the appointment will be of 5-10
minutes duration.
