THE PRESIDENT:
The meeting is designed to be a listening session for you.
The Mayors do not expect an Administration briefing on domestic
policies.

executives of some of our more troublesome cities.
The meeting will be of one hours duration.
A detailed briefing folder from Dr. Moynihan is attached.

the outset of the meeting.
