Dear Lou:
I have your letter of April 21, and as you
suggested the proposal for the U.S. Good
Citizens Foundation has been forwarded to
Jeb Magruder, the staff man for the Citizens
for the Reelection of the President. Magruder
has worked for me and will keep the program
on track.
