Friday, August 27, 2010 Page 1 of 1 Chron May 26, 1971 Dear Ed: I appreciated very much your note a couple of weeks age regarding Sasan. She is staying out of the current Spring quarter at Stanford because she plans to go to their London campas for the Summer and Fall quarters this year. I'm sure this is going to be another wonderful experience for her. 1 was interested to learn that your Stanford graduate is now in the Coast Guard. He managed to get himself a good base at Treasure Island and 1 trust he is not finding the experience too much of a waste of time. Both Susan and I very much appreciate the scholarship support she is receiving from the JWT Company Fund and again, we thank you. You might be interested to know that our number two child - a boy - starts college this Fall and he too, was a national merit finalist. In spite of that, however, he did not succeed in passing Stanford's admission requirements, so be will be going to UCLA, at least for his first year. It was good to hear from you. Trust all is well at JWT. Sincerely, of Haldeman of Assistant to the President Mr. Edward G. Wilson J. CHAPIN FROM : H.R. HALDEMAN The President would like us to provide some guidance in schedule planning for Mrs. Mixon. This is particularly important to get her scheduled to Pennsylvania, Ohio, upstate New York, Illinois, etc. We should work out a plan on this and provide some guidance to Mrs. Mixem's office on a basis that will get her into the key states with the kind of events that would be most productive. Please put this plan together by May 25. Due May 25 HRH:pm
