C. This invitation only Reception marks the kick-off of a four-day program to be attended by nearly 200 GOP professional Party leaders and staff members from across the country. Emphasis will be on building strong state and local Party organizations for the '72 campaign. Conferees will participate in workshops devoted to Research, Manpower Mobilization, Communications and Fund-raising.
