MEMORANDUM FOR:
MR. BRUCE A. KEHRLI
Staff Secretary
FROM:
ALEXANDER P. BUTTERFIELD
A
SUBJECT:
Sensitive Presidential Briefing Papers
Bruce:
Here are all of the briefing papers which have gone to the President
to date on the subject of personnel transfers preparatory to the
second term. Some of them are a great deal more sensitive than
others, but it is my feeling that all should go directly to Trudy Brown
for review
and probably for permanent filing. I will send other
briefing papers of the same type to you as they appear in the President's
out basket, and each will be clearly identified as "sensitive" material.
