A THE PRESIDENT HAS SEEN. THE WHITE HOUSE NEWS PHOTOGRAPHERS' ASSOCIATION MEETING SHERATON-PARK HOTEL THURSDAY, APRIL 24, 1969 THE PRESIDENT: At 8:50 p.m. you will depart the White House by motorcade arriving at the 24th Street Extension Entrance of the Sheraton-Park Hotel at approximately 8:58 p.m. You will be escorted to a room immediately adjacent to the Sheraton Hall where you will be met by Mr. Charles Shutt, Dinner Chairman and outgoing President of the Association, Mr. Stanley Stearns, incoming President and Mr. George Tames. These men will escort you to the entrance of the Hall, Ruffles and Flourishes will be played by the Marine Band, you will be announced and then proceed to the head table as "Hail to the Chief" is played. You will be seated to the left of the podium at the center of the Head Table with Mr. Stearns to your right and Mr. Shutt to your left. The Vice President will be to Mr. Stearns' right and Secretary Rogers will be to Mr. Shutt's left. NOTE: Other Head Table guests will include Chief Justice Warren, Justice Marshall, Justice Douglas, Senator Mansfield, Congressman Ford, Mayor Washington, His Excellency Dr. Guillermo Sevilla-Sacasa, Cabinet members and officials of the Association.
