school for at least 2 semesters. He had been scheduled to graduate
this spring.

ABC/NBC noted Pentagon Papers judge struck down 1 count against
Ellsberg since he ruled 1 volume had no bearing on natl. security
Chancellor said the defense won a minor victory.
Judge also scolded prosecutor for suggesting gov't witness not
talk to defense attorneys who sought to interview him. He indicated
there may be more sanctions to come against prosecution.

shooting by Dallas police cause judge said police are bound to make
