RN home from Paris led 3 of 7 Mon. AM papers, w/ Trib
bannering, "Hopes Rise on Arms Curb. 11 Was #2 in 2 others. Talks
described in heads as "cordial, 11 "helpful, 11 "effective" and "promising"
w/ RN pictured as "buoyed" and "pleased. 11 RN was also "optimistic"
and "confident" re: Moscow summit.
