MEMORANDUM THE WHITE HOUSE WASHINGTON November 8, 1971 MEMORANDUM FOR: JON M. HUNTSMAN FROM: MARTY MARTINEZ SUBJECT: Reports for the President's File I have completed my review of records kept on Memoranda for the President's File. I have identified all delinquent reports during the period January 1 through September 30, 1971. I see no useful pur- pose to review records prior to that time. I have identified 197 re- ports overdue. At Tab A please find approximately 43 memorandums to individuals reminding them that they have not yet submitted a report requested from them. The specific meeting or meetings for which we have no report are identified in the body of the memorandum. In the cases of BGEN Haig, Dr. Kissinger, Clark MacGregor, Raymond Price and Bill Timmons, I have appended thereto a list of meetings for which we have not received a report. I would like for you to review the memorandum addressed to Mr. Sol Lindenbaum, Executive Assistant to the Attorney General which reminds the Attorney General of his overdue reports. At Tab B is a sample of the suggested format for use in making reports of this type. I have appended a copy to each memorandum with the exception of Mr. Haldeman. Recommend you sign all 43 memorandums if they meet with your approval. Thank you. 11/29/71 = 176 reports overclue
