Blabby,
This is just a note to thank you for
sending along the reading matter. You're
Hale
quite right: there is no lack of it these days, 1
but every extra bit helps in the general process
of keeping informed.
The DeCourcy Digest I have long
known and, although it occasionally includes
an enlightening item or two, the difficulty is
that there is no way to make an independent
cross-check for accuracy. As for Heads Up --
this one is brand new to me, and I can only say
that it seems to be rather "far out". These

"save the world" publications evidently breed
like proverbial rabbits, and they all sound as
copy

if they came off the same mimeograph machine!
