Mendel Silberburg to rmw
called and left this message for you:
If RN gets a chance by any means I would like to say a word to him.
these are now unofficial. First he made the greatest talk yesterday.
khexwinxxmmxonx I was so moved by it -- it was SO good and so apt and
hit the problem so well. Tell him I am jealous of the terrific manner
in which he can speak.
Autographed picture -- after hearing his speech yesterday I just have

to have an autographed picture.
Later in day he called and said he would tell me what he wanted to say
to RN.
Max Rabb talked to me about this -xitx the matter has been up for sometime
but I am not sure whether he is interested in it or not. Italked with Max
and said I would mention it to RN. pending in the Export-Import bank a
proposed loan to Israel of 75 million dollars. They sent a group of the
bank over and they reported itxx the matter favorably but it is part of a 250
million proposition of which the bank would loan 75 million. If he thinks
it is something he can help along with I know it would be deeply appreciated.
That is as far as I am going to go.
It is a worthwhile thing and it is possibly on the verge of completion anyway
