On January 26, 1972, President Richard M. Nixon, George W. Romney, George P. Shultz, John B. Connally, White House operator, Peter M. Flanigan, and Manolo Sanchez met in the President's office in the Old Executive Office Building from 4:23 pm to 5:01 pm.
