15. Antitrust: Problems have been resolved regarding DOJ testimony

16. Tax Bill: Senator Dole begins mark-up on bill today. We will try

of companies doing business in Puerto Rico. Regarding gas tax,
polls show overwhelming public opposition; Duberstein should share
this data with key persons in Congress and with Drew Lewis.
17. Draft Registration: First indictment will be filed today. We
