Purthermore you said that since you gave a free hand to
lir. Roeder, it 1s best that writer should go on vacation for
"lot's say one or two months and when he comos back, there is
a possibility that lir. Roeder may need him."
Writer stated to younover again that he is trying his ut-
most to preserve his connections with the company and serve
it to the best of his ability but in view of his rolations to
the Company, since its origin, he feols he has the right to have
you and Mr. Roeder come this very day to the following decision:
1. whother the writer fits in the new arrangement,
and if 80, where, when and under what conditions.
2.
if the writer is unnocessary.
The conference was closed with your answer, that it is
impossible to decide now and with further realterations of
your previous advisethat "the writer should go on a vacation
and after his return Mr. Roeder may find sonothing for him
to do."
Writer received yesterday the resolution of the Board of
Directors, demonstrating clearly
1. the true expression of feolings, of at least
two members of the board, appreciated highly by
the writer.
2.
that at loast two members of the board were not
aware of your aforehand decision, actually
subject for consideration of the full board,
regardless of the fact that you do not consider
the board to be of any value (your remark to the
writer at Orange conference).
3.
that the resolution adopted under conditions
as per above is "defacto post mortem"
In view of the writers activities and accomplishments of
Company achieved by writers hard work, work done with all heart
and soul to the degree where he disrogarded his health in the
endeavor to see the company advancing, and in view of the cir-
ounotances and conditions precipitating present outcome, writer
considers the fact that he has been "fired by Mr. Cross" as the
greatest honor for hinself and the bost possible stimulus and
inspiration for all present and future forces of the R.Li.M.
With due respect
