I beg to advise you that at a meeting of
the Board of Directors of the Radium Luminous Ma-
terial Corporation, held at the offices of the Com-
pany on Wednesday, May 25th, the following resolu-
tion was passed:
WHEREAS Dr. Sabin A. von Sochocky desires to
be relieved from the detailed application to
business to which he has unremittingly given
his attention since the formation of the Com-
pany, be it
RESOLVED that from this date Dr. von Sochocky
be appointed Chief Consulting Chemist to the
Radium Luminous Material Corporation, and
that the duties heretofore performed by him
be placed in charge of the Treasurer.
