Dear Sir:
Please note copy of resolution of the Board of
Directors, of the Radium Luminous Material Corporation,
forwarded to me June 15th, 1921.
" WHEREAS, Dr. Sabin von Sochocky in an
emergency of the business requiring the
same has heretofore communicated to
L.J C. Bilstein certain information as
to formulas, processes and treatments
employed in the business of the cor-
poration under solemn promise not to
divulge the same to any one, and has re-
quested the corporation's permission
to release L. C. Bilstein from the
obligation of such promise.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that such
permission is hereby given and granted
so far as to permit L. C. Bilstein to use
all such information for the benefit of
the corporation and to impart the same
to such persons as the corporation by re-
solution of its Board of Directors may
direct."
According to same I am authorizing you, with plen-
sure, to use my process and any information you have from
me for the sole benefit of the Radium Luminous Material
Corporation.
Purthermore, T authorize you as per above resolu-
tion to disclose above process only to such persons as
said Board duly appoints.
