I2. Vitality Test, (-). Translumination, negative. Xray shows
what appears to bea large cyst at the apécical region of
this tooth. As tooth No II. is questionable in regard to
the vitality Test, Patient should report at once for further
examination.
30. Vitality Test, ( - ) . Translumination, negative. Root canal,
not filled. Xray shows radiolucent area around roots.
I8. Vitality Test, ( - ) . Transluminatien, slight shadow. Reot
canal, not filled. Xray shows radiolucent area at apex.
Dental work indicated: cavities to be filled in teeth No .4,
which is a vital tooth.
After further examination of Patient, a report will be made
definitely in regard to teeth to be extacted.
