Vitality Test, plus. Translumination, negative. Xray
shows process destroyed two-thirds to the apex, by
Pyorrhea Alveolaris. The rest of the tissue in this
mouth, is in a normal condition, and the pyorrhea
is apparently cofinedtto this one tooth.
I3. Vitality Test, plus. This tooth containes a small pit
cavity in the crown.
Dental work indicated: cavities to be filled in tooth
no. I3, and general prophylacsis.
