REFERRED BY U.S. Radium Corp. TOOTH NO. 8. Vitality Test, plus. Translumination, negative. Xray shows process destroyed two-thirds to the apex, by Pyorrhea Alveolaris. The rest of the tissue in this mouth, is in a normal condition, and the pyorrhea is apparently cofinedtto this one tooth. I3. Vitality Test, plus. This tooth containes a small pit cavity in the crown. Dental work indicated: cavities to be filled in tooth no. I3, and general prophylacsis. Special Report on Tooth No 8. June 22, I925.
