We have comminaced to frederick
B. Flinn of Columbia University, your decision to permit
of a medical excmination of the operators in your Dial
Painting Department. This exmination and inspection
will be made some time after July 15 at a time matually
convenient to you and Dr. Vinn.
lie have asiced the
Doctor to weite you directly on this point. As explained
to you last week, this examination will be made in such a
manner as to amase no disturbance in your Department.
