Dear Mr. thitehead:
We have communcated to Tr. Froderick
B. Flinn of Columbia University, your decision to permit
of a medical examination of the operators in your Dial
Painting Department
This examination and inspection
will be made some time after July 15 at a time matually
convenient to you and Dr. Flinn. We have esked the
Doctor to write you directly on this point. Ag explained
to you last week, this examination will be mede in such a
manner as to cause no disturbance in your Department.
We take this opportunity of again thanking
you for the splendid cooperation which you are showing in
this matter.
