Gentlemen:
We hand you herewith copy of sumons and complaint
served on us July 3rd for damage suit in the amount of $15,000
brought by Theodore Kuser as administrator of the estate of
Hazel Kuser, deceased.
We also submit copy of a letter from John W. McGeehan,
Jr., together with our reply in the matter of Helen E. Quinlan.
We also enclose copy of our letter to the American
Mutual Liability Insurance Company covering the two subjects.
