Attention of Mr. Bongartz, Mer.
Gentlemen:
We hand you herewith summons and complaint served
on us Friday, July 3rd, relative to a suit against us in the
amount of $15,000 brought by Theodore Kuser, adminstrator
of the estate of Hazel Kuser, deceased. Hazel Kuser was
formerly employed by us and we believe your office has complete
records covering her ailment and the investigations made in
connection therewith.
We also hand you a letter from John W. McGeehan, Jr.
together with our reply, relative to a claim of Helen E. Quinlan
formerly an employee of ours.
We ask that you give these two matters your usual
prompt attention.
