Dear Sirs:
Please find enclosed copy of a letter
to the Aetna life Insurance Company covering recent
suit of $15,000.00 instituted against us by Theodore
Kuser as administrator of the estate of Hasel Ruser,
deceased.
In our discussion with Mr. Breen, he
indicated that they would be very glad to have you
associated with their counsel in this matter.
As there is very little time remaining
in which to file answer, we shall on Monday follow up
the Insurance Company and also communicate with you.
