December 14, 1925. Dr. Frederick B. Flinn, c/o Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons, 437 West 59th Street, New York City. Dear Dr. Flinn: I believe I mentioned to you Saturday morning that a letter had been received from Dr. Hoffman in regard to Miss Catherine Schaub. In a suggested reply, Mr. Stryker declines Hoffman's suggestion point blank. In view of your interview with Miss Wiley and the invitation extended to Miss Schaub through her, I modified the reply to Hoffman's letter slightly suggesting that he send the patient to you. Mr. Stryker thinks that if she should turn up at your office the principal purpose would be that of scout for our excited friends. This has probably occurred to you as well, but it seemed best to mention it. I am sending you with this letter the August copy of The Journal of Industrial Hygiene which has been returned from Mr. Stryker's office. Cordially, President. ARoeder-HM Inclosure.
