Dear Mr. Stryker:
The attached memorandum is a report of a
telephone call from Dr. Knef who apparently is much
excited. 1 am disinclined to discuss matters with
him because I doubt if we would get anywhere. I am
sending this along to you in case you think it is
worth while for you or Mr. McGlynn to get in touch
with him by phone to-morrow.
