June 3, 1926. lr. John Roach, Deputy Commissioner of Labor, Jersey City, N. J. Dear Mr. Roach: I have your letter of June 2nd and will certainly send you a copy of Dr. Flinn's report as soon as it is finished. Since talling with you last about the report, an opportunity was presented to Dr. Flinn to visit some additional plants of importance, and he is now compiling all the information into finished form. You will be interested to know that he has covered a large percentage of the plants where luminous material application is carried on, and has spent a great many hours on examinations, research work, etc. So far as I know, his investigation is the only one that is comprehensive. If you are going to be in New York one day early next week, will you let me inow in advance ? Perhaps you could arrange to take lunch with me here. Yours truly, President. ARoeder-EDM
