1-6000-5-25 STATE OF NEW JERSEY THE STATE BOARD OF REGISTRATION AND EXAMINATION IN DENTISTRY OF NEW JERSEY OFFICE OF THE BOARD 3 148 W. STATE STREET, TRENTON, N. J. JOHN C. FORSYTH, D. D.S., SECRETARY June 23, 1926. United States Radium Corporation, 30 Church Street, New York City, New York. Attention of Mr. C. B. Lee, Treas. My dear Sir: The affidavits submitted by you bearing on an interview held in your office with Doctor Joseph Knef of Newark, were referred to the Attorney-General of this State, who advises us that Doctor Knef has done nothing to render him- self amenable to the statutes regulating the practice of den- tistry in New Jersey. Had money been passed to Doctor Knef by your Corporation the situation would then be different. Thanking you for your courtesy in this matter, believe me Very truly yours, JOHN C. FORSYTH. F/0.
