Dear Dr. Clarks- Enclosed herewith you will find en article entitled "Badio Active Material an Industrial Hazard1", by Dr. Frederick B. Tlinn, Ph. D., Assistent Professor of Physiology in Industrial Hygione, Colloge of Physicians and Surgeons, Colmais University, which treats of the so ealled #redivm necrosis" or endium poisoning cases. The investigation by Ur. Flinn, which formed the hasim of hie article, has been by far the most thorough and fer renching vork undertakion on this subject. This article will appear in one of the aarly issues of the Jowrnal of the Amerienn Medical Association. While it seema that the charga of poisoning" eansed the death of several girle (which charge was widely advertised through the prese a fer months ago) is entiroly sensturally hesitate - without further investigation - to maite the broad statement that in luminous material is vibernful, although no believe thie to be the case. Therefore, in order to be on the safo side, we osation yon, if you have not alrendy so, to ondor your operators not to point their application brushes with their lips.
