I have neglected writing to you since the meeting of this Board held the early part of this month at which time the affidavits, forwarded by you, were presented to the Board, as well as the opinion rendered me by the Attor- ney-General of this State. In view of the fact that he had advised us that the Board was powerless to take any action, I was instructed to bring the matter to the attention of the Code of Ethics of the State Dental Society. There is no reason why that organization would not have power to act.
