Mr. R. E. Millez,
c/o Hamilton Watch Co.,
Lencaster, Pa.
Dear lir. Miller:-
We believo you will agree that the article
sent you under July 12th on the subject of "Radio Activo
Materinl an Industrial shows that Dr. Flinn has
gone into this subject more thoroughly than anyone else.
His findings, however, are not final; and it has occurred
to us that since this subject is so important it would be
most desirable for both the malcors and users of luminous
material to have the study and experiments anzicied on over
a mach groater perioû of time. of course, to do this TO-
quires a groat deal of time and some monoy and tre wonder
if you, as a large usex of luminous material, would be
willing to contribute a reasonable amount towards a fond
that mäght permit of a continuation of this splendid work.
It is estimated that a minimiom of $5,000
will be necessary.
Yours vory truly,
President.
