Attention - Mr. Toslio R. Fort.
Contlement-
We believe you will agree that the article
sent you under July 13th on the subject of "Redio Active
Meterial an Industrial Hazard7". mhows that Dr. Flinn has
gone into this subject more thoroughly than anyone else.
His findings, however, are not final: and it has occurred
to us that since this subject is so important it would be
most desirable for both the malcors and of luminous
material to hava the study nnd experimento carried on over
a meh grester period of time. Of course, to do this TO-
quires a great denl of time and some money and wa wonder
if you, as a large user of luminous material, yould be
willing to contribute a reasonable amount towarde a fund
that might permit of a continuation of this splendia voric.
It is estimated that a minimon of $5,000
will be necessary.
Yours very truly,
President.
