Dear Sirs :
Pursuant to our telephone conversation
we send you herewith a summons and complaint in an
action in the New Jersey Supreme Court wherein
Grace Fryer is plaintiff and your Corporation is
named as defendant. This summons and complaint was
served on the Corporation Trust Company, Mr. Alfred
F. McCabe, Assistant Secretary, at Jersey City on
May 18th, 1927 at 3:45 P. M. As we advised you over
the telephone the Corporation Trust Company forwarded
this summons and complaint to Mr. Strahan, a member of
our staff, who is at the present time in Havana, Cuba.
