THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY: TO
UNITED STATES RADIUM CORPORATION,
corporation of the State of Delaware
and THE LUMINITE CORPORATION, a corp-
oration of the State of New Jersey:
You are summoned to answer the annezed
complaint of Katherine Schaub in an
action-at-lam in the New Jersey Su-
preme Court. And take notice that un-
less you file your answers to said
complaint with the Clerk of the New Jersey Suprome Court, at Trenton,
New Jersey, within twenty days after the service upon you of this writ
and the annexed complaint, the plaintiff may proceed in the suit and
judgment may be entered agninst you.
WITNESS, Honorable William S. Gummere, Chief Justice of the Su-
preme Court of Trenton, New Jerscy, this 15th day of June 1927.
