Gentlomen:
We hand you herewith cony of Sumons and Complaint of an
action instituted in the New Jersey Supreme Court by Edna Hussman and
Louis Hussman, aminat this corporation for alleged injurios sustained
while employed at our plent located in New Jersey.
Since the alloged time of employment previous to the date of
your assuming our insurance liability was carried by the New Amotordam
Casualty Company we have sent the original Summons and Complaint to them.
We have also nsiced them to ascertain the miden name of Urs. Huesman in
order that we may chedit our employment records. Just as soon as we have
any information on this matter it shall be passed along to you.
We offor you our fullest cooperation in the matter of technical
data and also the services of our attorneys in the defence of this action.
