Attention: Mr. Burton E. Emery
Gentlemen:
We hand you herewith copy of Summons and Complaint of an
action instituted in the New Jersey Supreme Court by Edna Hussman and
Louis Hussman, against this corporation for alleged injuries sustained
while employed at our plant located in New Jersey..
Since the alleged time of employment previous to the date of
your assuming our insurance liability was carried by the New Amsterdam
Casualty Company we have sent the original Summons and Complaint to them.
We have also asked them to ascertain the maiden name of Mrs. Hussman in
order that we may check our employment records. Just as soon as we have
any information on this matter it shall be passed along to you.
We offer you our fullest cooperation in the matter of technical
data and also the services of our attorneys in the defence of this action.
