Complainent, throughout her whole life and upto about the month of June, 1922, haa been very healty and prac- tioally without an illneas up to that time. Around June of 1928, complainant began to hare slight pains in ber back and feet but complei nant thought little of this, believing it to be a slight attack of rhounation. Those pains continued and inoreased, horever. In January of 1923, complainent's teeth begame bad although there appeared to be no other trouble so far as eald t eeth wero concerned, than ordinarily happena to the normal indivional. Complainant visited a Dentist at that time who extrected several teeth ea decayed and found a con- dition of decay in the bone of the jaw. Baid decoy in the jaw has nover healed and since that time to the present day, plainant has had G constantly spreading decay of the jaw bone, rendering necessary at various times within the period of Janu- ary 1923, to the present, some twonty operations for the ro- movel of decayed jaw bone. Complainant has lost practically all her toeth. Subsequent to Jandary, 1933, the pains in complainant's baok and foot continued until complainent felt that ahe should consult a physician with referonce thereto. Accordingly, com time in January, 1924, complainant consulted a DOO tor who instructed her to go to a hospitel where complain- ant was diagnosed and troated as a sufferer from ohronic arthritis. Compluinant cont intied to readi vo troatnen ta for chronic arthritis and rhounatiom from which ato was informed by doctora and bolieved that she suffered, until on or about the 15th of July, 1925, when complainent was informed, sub- sequent to a physical examd nation by still another precticing physician of this State, that upon a proper test, compleinent'e body showed tha presence of rad icactive substancos and that
