Dear Mr. Markley:
This will acknowledge receipt of yours of August 5th,
together with the bill of complaint in the Chancery action brought by
Potter and Berry.
There seems to be quite a bit of work necessary in
properly answering this and I suggest that we get together at an early
date.
Mr. Stryker has returned from his vacation, and Doctor
Flinn will be back in the city by the 12th of this month.
