August 31, 1927. Mr. Edward A. Markley, Collins & Corbin, Jersey City, New Jersey. Dear Mr. Markley: I am herewith attaching a few notes on radio-activity and mesothorium. These notes touch the high spots of the subject, and I trost that they will satisfactorily serve your purpose. I would suggest that in connection with these notes you read Soddy's "Interpretation of Radium". = While this beok is semi-technical, still it presents the subject in as simple a way as it is possible to do.
