Dear Mrs. Larice:
We have just received bills from the Highland
Pharnacy for supplies furnished to you covering the period of time
from March 4th to August 27th, 1942. Receiving statements many months
after the bills are due complicates our accounting records. Therefore,
we suggest that you have the Highland Pharmacy submit invoices at
the
end of each month for the supplies furnished during that month.
Also, if there are any bills between August 27th of
last year and now, kindly see that they are promptly submitted.
We trust this finds you in an improving state of
health, and with Best Regards, we are,
Very truly yours,
President
