Noties of motion having been given by Messrs.
Potter & Berry, solicitors of complainant, returnable before
this Court at Newark on Tueeday, September 6, 1927, to join
as parties complainant in the above bill of complaint Katherine
Schaub, Quinta MoDonald, Edna Hussman and Albina Larice; and
the matter having been duly argued at said time and place by
Raymond H. Berry, of counsel with the complainant in sup-
port of said motion, and Edward A. Markley, Esq. of sounsel
with the defendant; and the Gourt having duly considered said
motion;
It is on this sixth day of September, 1927,
that said motion be and the same hereby is
