Confirming conversation over the 'phone of
even date, we ask that you hold yourself in readiness
for possible duty as a witness in equity suit against
us, which comes up in Newark, N.J. on Thinsday January
12th.
There is a strong probability that you will
not be needed at this time, but in case you are we will
call you from Newark at least two (2) hours before it is
necessary for you to appear.
