Dr. H. C. Williams, Asst. Sargent General,
c Bldg., West 7th St.
Washington, D.C.
Dear Dr. Williams:
I am advised by Dr. Frederick B. Flinn,
of the Department of Physiology, Columbia University, that
you have done considerable work with reference to physical
conditions of people engaged in measuring radium preparation,
since the públication of your article in "Public Health
Reports" in 1923. Dr. Flinn further states that he is of
the opinion that to date you have not published this later
data.
In view of litigation with which we are
now concerned this type of information is of great import-
anco to us, and 1 am wondering if you would feel disposed
to give us a resume of the work which you have done in
this connection, together with results and conclusions.
Assuring you that we would very much
appreciate your cooperation in this matter, we are
Very truly yours,
Vice President.
