My dear Mr. Lee:
Acknowledging your letter of May
3rd, I am interested to learn that the suits against
your Company have been postponed until September
24th.
I expect to be in the city around that date
and shall be glad to furnish testimony as heretofore
agreed upon. During the fall I expect to be in
Europe so that if any further postponement is made,
it might be well to consider taking my deposition.
