Dear Dr. Moore:
We are herewith enclosing our check in the amount
of$470.65, in payment of your bill rendered May 11th.
We have been somewhat disturbed during the past
fow days, due to the fact that there is a bare possibility that we
may have to go to trial on May 23rd, although the present probabil-
ities are the t we will be able to hold our ground with regard to
going to trial in September. However, should anything develop which
should force us to trial next weel you will probably hear from us.
Assuring you that we very moch appreciate the
service you rendered us during the week of April 22nd, we beg to
remain
Sincerely yours,
