Dear Mr.Kelly:
Ve notice a news item sent out by the Associated
Press which states that the father of a former employee
of yours in your Ottawa Application Plant has instituted
suit against you, claiming injury or death from Radium
exposure.
We sincerely trust that this information is
incorrect but should it be true we want you to know
that we are ready and willing to give you any aid we can
in helping you to defend this suit.
