Nothing new has developed regarding the date for testing
the girls since my last letter - I will probably hear from Dr. Fialla
tomorrow.
Was glad to know that you found a specimen of zinc sulphide
which will probably satisfactorily serve for testing expired air for the
presence of radio-active materials.
As I have previously written, we have been served with one
formal suit, and have been advised by a group of lawyers in Newark, not
associated with Mr. Berry, that they have two cases which will be necessary
for them to start suit for unless they can be settled without proceedings.
You will also be interested to know that Dr. Sochocky passed away last night.
Anticipating the pleasure of e. visit with you during the next
week, I am
Sincerely yours,
Vice President.
